The Goan Classic 350 is a bobber-style motorcycle and the latest addition to Royal Enfield’s 350 cc portfolio.
Royal Enfield has had a very busy 2024, but the Indian brand isn’t done yet and its last swansong for the year will be the launch of the Goan Classic 350 on November 23. The Goan Classic 350 will be the latest member in the brands 350 cc portfolio which saw the addition of the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 recently. Here’s what to expect from the upcoming RE Goan Classic 350.
The Classic 350 Goan as the name suggests is a derivative of the Classic 350 and not an all-new bike from the ground-up like the Meteor 350. However, it would have more visual differences than the new Bullet 350 which is a clone of the Classic but positioned as a different motorcycle.
The most unique bit about the upcoming Goan Classic 350 is the fact that it will be RE’s first 350 cc bobber bike. Going by the spy shots and patent images, we can see that the bike will get a raised handlebar floating seat and white-walled tyres. We also think the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 will be available in an array of bright shades and graphics if we go by the teaser. The tail section is very different as the round LED headlight and the rear mudguard looks similar to that of the Meteor 350.
Since the bike is based on the Classic 350, it will be sharing a lot of components with its sibling. Speaking about underpinnings, the frame, suspension setup, spoke wheels and the braking hardware is the same on both the bikes. Even the instrument console, headlight and fuel tank shape looks similar on both the Royal Enfield 350 cc bikes. The engine too has been carried forward delivering 20 bhp and 27 Nm.
The Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 is expected to carry a price premium of around ₹5,000 to 8,000 over the current Classic 350 priced between ₹1.99 lakh and ₹2.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Bookings for the bike will commence on November 23 and deliveries are expected to start from late November or early December across the nation.
