This silent update comes barely days after Royal Enfield revealed the revised pricing structure for these wheels for existing customers.
Potential customers of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will have to shell out more to buy the adventure bike with the cross spoke tubeless wheels. As Royal Enfield has silently hiked the asking price of this accessory from ₹11,224 to ₹17,350, which is ₹6,126 more than before. This revised pricing comes barely days after Royal Enfield increased the price of the same from ₹12,424 to ₹40,645 for existing owners.
Despite this price hike, Royal Enfield continues to offer the cross spoke wheels at a competitive price. Unlike its competition, the Triumph Scrambler 400 XC which costs almost ₹27,000 more than the Triumph Scrambler 400 X that gets alloy wheels. Moreover, if any existing customers choose to purchase the wheels separately then the same would cost them an astounding ₹72,000 extra. So is this premium worth it on the Triumph Scrambler 400 XC, we rode the bike recently to find that out for which you can check out below:
As for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, besides this subtle yet significant price hike, the rest of the bike has remained the same. Yes, Royal Enfield recently tested out the bigger and more powerful Himalayan which is touted to be powered by a parallel-twin mill, but we are not sure about its displacement yet and can range from 650 cc to 750 cc. Alongside the petrol adventure bike, Royal Enfield was also spotted testing the Him-e test bed, the Flying Flea C6 and S6 in the Himalayas. The FF C6 is slated to hit markets from 2026 onwards, while the S6 will follow soon after.
