Samsung Galaxy F55 with Vegan Leather Design Launched in India

Samsung has launched the Galaxy F55 5G smartphone in India. The key highlights of the Galaxy F55 include its vegan leather finish, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, fast charging support and triple rear cameras.

The Galaxy F55 sports a 6.55-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Plus display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone runs on Android 14-based One UI and promises four OS upgrades and five years of security updates.

In optics, the Galaxy F55 features a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. It also has a 50MP front camera for selfies. The phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

Samsung claims the F55 is the slimmest and lightest vegan leather phone in its price segment, at just 7.8mm thick and 180g weight. The vegan leather back has a unique saddle stitch pattern. The Galaxy F55 will be available in Apricot Crush and Raisin Black vegan leather finishes.

The Galaxy F55 is priced starting at Rs 26,999 for the 8GB/128GB model. The 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB variants are priced at Rs 29,999 and Rs 32,999, respectively. It will go on early sale on May 27 via Flipkart. As part of an introductory offer, buyers can avail of a 45W travel adapter at Rs 499 and the Galaxy Fit3 band at Rs 1,999.
