Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S9 series during its Unpacked 2023 event, which saw the launch of the Z Flip5, Z Fold5 and Watch 6 series. One of the key highlights of the Tab S9 series is that it features AMOLED displays across all three variants: the Tab S9, Tab S9+ and Tab S9 Ultra. Another commonality between the three tablets is that they are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. And in a first for the Galaxy Tab S series, the entire Galaxy Tab S9 lineup has earned an IP68 rating, ensuring water and dust resistance.
The Galaxy Tab S9 series also has an IP68-rated S Pen making it water and dust resistant. The tablets come in two colours, Beige and Graphite, and three sizes: 11-inch (Tab S9), 12.4-inch (Tab S9+), and 14.6-inch(Tab S9 Ultra).
The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra offers a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display for an immersive entertainment experience, complemented by HDR10+ technology and 20% larger quad speakers with sound by AKG and Dolby Atmos.
