Skoda Auto India has announced that it will hike the prices of its cars by up to 3 per cent from January 1, 2025. Skoda India will increase the prices of all its models except the Kylaq. So, the price hike applies to the Slavia, Kushaq, Kodiaq and Superb.
The Czech marque said the prices have been hiked owing to rising input and operational costs. Skoda also said the price hike won’t be applicable for the first 33,333 bookings for the Kylaq to let these customers reap the benefits of the introductory prices. Skoda also highlighted that it is quickly receiving bookings for its new subcompact SUV.
Skoda India joins brands like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi to announce a price hike from January 1, 2025. Expect Tata Motors, Mahindra, JSW MG Motor India, Volkswagen and more to soon follow suit.
