Skoda Kodiaq Turns 7 In India; Gets Limited Time Offers

Skoda Auto India is celebrating seven years of the Kodiaq SUV in India. To commemorate that, the Kodiaq is available with a special, limited-time offer. This anniversary coincides with the brand’s 24th anniversary in India. 

Customers purchasing the Kodiaq between July 18 and 24, 2024, will get a special seven per cent advantage. This includes special financial offers, service and warranty packages. Furthermore, customers will also benefit from a complimentary two-year maintenance package. The Kodiaq comes with a four-year warranty as standard and as part of the celebrations, it will be offered with a five-year warranty.

It has been seven years since the Kodiaq made its debut in India and we are overwhelmed with the unwavering demand this SUV commands. 

The Kodiaq was first launched in India in 2017 and the facelift made its to India in 2022. While the second generation has debuted globally, it remains to be seen when it will come to India. The Kodiaq is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 187 bhp and 320 Nm, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. 

Skoda’s flagship SUV packs features like an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a wireless charger, a reverse camera, three-zone climate control and more. Safety features include nine airbags, ABS with EBD, hill descent control and more.

The Kodiaq is priced at ₹39.99 lakh and is only available in a fully loaded Laurin and Klement (L&K) variant. It competes with the Jeep Meridian (₹33.77 - 39.83 lakh), MG Gloster (₹38.80 - 43.16 lakh) and Toyota Fortuner (₹35.93 - 51.44 lakh). (All prices ex-showroom, India).
