Upcoming New Jawa Motorcycle Teased Ahead Of September 3 Launch

Classic Legends-owned Jawa Motorcycles is gearing up to launch a brand-new motorcycle on September 3. Ahead of that, the brand has released a short teaser video, giving us some hints about the upcoming motorcycle, especially its design. Going by its initial looks, we can confirm one thing for sure: This will be a completely new roadster model.

2024 has been a busy year for Classic Legends with the Jawa brand. The brand has already updated all the existing models in the Czechoslovakian motorcycle brand’s line-up with many new colours and engine improvements. As far as the upcoming model is concerned, it will carry over the brand’s ‘42’ nomenclature, under which Jawa currently has two motorcycles – a roadster and a bobber. 

The upcoming Jawa motorcycle will also be a roadster and will most likely be powered by the brand’s 334 cc Alpha-2 engine. This engine was updated this year and continues to remain sporty yet approachable. Unlike before, it doesn’t compromise on refinement levels. Currently, this mill is available with the Yezdi Adventure and the Jawa 350. 

Once launched, we expect the new Jawa roadster to compete with the Honda CB350 RS and other retro-oriented motorcycles.
