Beyond that, Vespa has not made any changes to the mechanical and feature aspects of the motorcycles.
Keeping its performance-oriented urban scooter, the GTV300 afresh Vespa has introduced a new colour scheme called Gray Travolgented/ Grey Titanio. Although limited to the Japanese market only, this new colour option will be available alongside the standard Negro Matte finish option.
With this newly introduced colour option, Vespa’s most premium offering looks quite stylish and succinct. For the most part, the scooter boasts the Travolgente grey colour, but with hints of orange accents on the rear apron, small flyscreen, and alloy wheels, there’s a subtle sporty appeal. Overall, the Vespa GTV300 with this new option will pop out in traffic and will be an instant attention grabber for sure.
Beyond that, Vespa has not made any changes to the mechanical and feature aspects of this scooter. It continues to be powered by Vespa’s HPE or High-Performance Engine which is a 278 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that puts out 24 bhp at 8,250 rpm and 26 Nm at 5,250 rpm. This is quite a lot given the fact that the scooter has been designed to zip around pretty towns in Italy.

On the features front, the Vespa GTV300 boasts of all-LED lighting and even gets a full-digital instrument cluster, along with dual-channel ABS and ride modes. It rides on 12-inch alloy wheels and suspension duties are carried out by a single-arm with coil spring and single shock absorber for the front and dual-hydraulic shock absorbers with preload-adjustable for the rear.
Just like Vespa’s other high-performance scooters, even the GTV300 is quite pricey and at $8,400 (which is approximately ₹7 Lakhs) this is quite an expensive option. As a consequence, the chances of Vespa GTV300 launching in India are next to nill.
