Volkswagen Experiences’ first expedition will be a drive to and fro Leh, Ladakh.
Volkswagen India has announced a new customer experience program called Volkswagen Experiences or VWe. The program will allow participants to experience the brand’s cars in different landscapes across the country. Notably, this expedition is also open for everyone, regardless of being a VW vehicle owner.

The first project under VWe (pronounced ‘we’) will be taking customers to Ladakh. Customers will be able to experience the brand’s entire line-up in India which includes the Taigun, Tiguan and Virtus. The expedition will be held in two groups with Group A including the climb to Leh, Ladakh and Group B descending from Leh. The first leg will start from Chandigarh on June 9 and include a five-night, six-day drive to Leh, while the other leg will start from Leh on June 18 and conclude in Chandigarh.

Customers will have the option of choosing either of the two groups of the expedition or both if they want. Each group costs ₹75,000 excluding taxes and VW only has provision for 60 customers per group. The cost includes accommodation, food, airport transfers, radio equipment, mechanics and doctors. However, it does not include flight tickets and damage to the vehicle due to negligence.
