Xiaomi has delivered the first SU7 Ultra ordered via its Custom Service programme. The buyer, identified only as “Mr Sun from Beijing” in an official Weibo post, ordered his customised SU7 Ultra in an exclusive Racing Red colour with a two-tone Midnight Black / Glacier Blue interior. Photos released by Xiaomi show the car with a custom paint job including a racing stripe down the centre and lightning bolt decals on the sides. There’s also a unique monogram on the upholstery. The steering wheel has carbon fibre elements with a colour-matching red highlight.
The Chinese carmaker announced its Custom Service programme in late 2025, allowing fans and enthusiasts to create a one-of-a-kind SU7 Ultra sedan or YU7 Max SUV. Xiaomi offers a large selection of exclusive exterior colours and interior materials, for a bespoke vehicle. Chairman and CEO Lei Jun also claimed the use of a more advanced application process in collaboration with global paint firms BASF and PPG to achieve unique results.
Five paint colours were announced at first: Amethyst Purple, Racing Red, Sprout Yellow, Twilight Rose, and Flowing Gold Matte. The company plans to develop 100 new options for Custom Service vehicles over the next several years. For the interior, there is exclusive Alcantara upholstery with contrast stitching, colour-matched seatbelts, and an ash wood trim option.

Buyers can also choose optional 21-inch wheels with double-layer forged rims, colour-matched Brembo four-piston calipers, and exclusive emblems or monograms in a variety of luxury finishes including 24K gold, ceramic, and carbon fibre.
Potential Custom Service cars will cost at least CNY 1,00,000 (approximately ₹12.9 lakh) more than their regular counterparts. Xiaomi said last year that it would not commit to building more than 40 such units per month. The programme targets affluent Chinese buyers who are willing to spend more for customisation, luxury finishes, and exclusivity.
Xiaomi announced this week that it had exceeded its 2025 sales target by a large margin, shipping 4,10,000 cars in total. It has now set itself a target of 5,50,000 in 2026, even as it gears up to launch its first range-extender hybrid models and enter Europe by early 2027.
