For ₹3000 more, would you go for this gleaming shiny chrome version?
Yamaha has introduced the FZ-X Chrome edition at ₹ 1,39,700 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The standard FZ-X variants start at ₹ 1,36,939, thus making it roughly ₹ 3,000 dearer. Despite the higher price point, the Chrome edition maintains the same technical specifications.
This is a new colour variant of its motorcycle featuring a chrome fuel tank and gold-coloured wheels. This was unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 along side other new colours and Yamaha offerings. You can read more about the design here - New Colours For The Yamaha FZ-S Fi V4, And Fz-X Chrome
Powering the motorcycle is the same 149cc engine delivering 12.4 PS of peak power and 13.3 Nm of torque. Additionally, features like traction control system, single-channel ABS, multi-function LCD instrument cluster, LED lighting, and Bluetooth connectivity remain unchanged.
To make the deal a bit sweeter, Yamaha is offering a limited-time incentive for the first 100 online bookings of the Chrome edition. These customers will receive a Casio G-Shock watch upon delivery.
