The Flipkart partnership makes purchasing a Bajaj motorcycle more convenient.
Bajaj Auto, a major Indian motorcycle manufacturer, has announced a collaboration with e-commerce giant Flipkart to sell its entire motorcycle range online. It’s a shift towards an omni-channel strategy for Bajaj, offering greater convenience to customers.
Previously, buying a Bajaj motorcycle meant visiting a dealership. Now, customers in 25 Indian cities can book their Bajaj Pulsar, Dominar, Avenger, Platina, or CT motorcycle directly through Flipkart's website. Bajaj plans to expand its online presence to cover more cities in the future.

To incentivise online purchases, Bajaj is offering special launch deals for a limited period. These include instant discounts of up to ₹ 5,000, 12-month no-cost EMI options, and various card offers available on Flipkart.
The on-platform price displayed on Flipkart will be inclusive of the ex-showroom price of your chosen Bajaj motorcycle. For your convenience, Flipkart offers the option to add both RTO registration and insurance during the online booking process. These are mandatory requirements to ride your bike legally on the road. If you choose not to avail these on Flipkart, you'll need to pay the RTO registration charges and insurance premium separately to the dealership when completing the registration process.

Speaking on the launch, Sarang Kanade, President of Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto Ltd., said, "We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Flipkart, marking a new era in how customers can purchase Bajaj motorcycles. This initiative reflects our commitment to innovation and customer convenience. By making our wide range of motorcycles available on Flipkart, we are not only expanding our reach but also providing a seamless and quick buying experience for our customers.
