The Zeeho Cyber has received a special livery design created by KTM’s in-house design team Kiska.
A few weeks after Pierre Mobility, owners of KTM, successfully took over the Chinese-EV brand Zeeho, the latter has now partnered up with KTM’s MotoGP racing team to provide its electric scooter Cyber for short trip services around KTM’s pit box.
What’s more, the Cyber scooters in the KTM camp will also boasts of the same striking orange and blue livery that we see with the KTM RC16 GP bike. This aesthetic treatment has been provided by KTM’s in-house design team, Kiska, and the resultant job makes the Cyber electric scooter look quite sporty, and further amplifies its aggressive body panels.
Zeeho was launched in 2020 and is the electric two-wheeler division of CFMoto. The Cyber was its debut and flagship model, powered by a 10 kW, water-cooled motor paired to a 4 kWh li-ion battery. Performance-wise, the Zeeho Cyber produces 14 bhp/ 20.3 Nm and can dash from 0-50 kmph in just 2.6 seconds, with its top speed limited to 110 kmph. With the battery fully charged, the Zeeho Cyber is good for 130 km of range, which we think is more than enough for those short trips around the pit box or from the circuit to the pit box.
On the other hand, this is not the first time that KTM has used an electric scooter as its pit service bike. Earlier at the inaugural Bharat GP, the brand had our very own Bajaj Chetak electric scooters, which were used in the pitlane, which also saw the likes of the Ola S1 Pro and Hero Maestro scooters being used by other team and BIC officials.
