Issuance and renewal of DL and LL. Bangalore RTO also issues commercial vehicle driving licence, International Driving Licence and duplicate copy of the DL.
The RTO of Bangalore is also responsible for issuing permanent and temporary vehicle registration certificates, RC transfer in Bangalore (vehicle ownership transfer), correction in vehicle registration certificates, and renewal of registration.
