Step 1: Enter VAHAN Vehicle Registration Number. (Example: VAHAN KA01AD8xx2)
Step 2: Send the SMS to 7738299899.
You will receive complete details of the vehicle along with the vehicle owner’s name, RTO details, make and model, RC/FC expiry, insurance details, etc.
How to Check Vehicle Owner Details by Number Plate Using the ACKO App
Did you know you can check vehicle owner details by number plate through the ACKO app? Yes, you can. There is no need to send an SMS or visit any website. All you have to do is log in to the mobile app.
You can follow these simple steps to check vehicle details online through the ACKO mobile app.
Step 1: Download the ACKO app from the Play Store or App Store.
Step 2: Log in to the app using your mobile number.
Step 3: Select the "Discover" option at the bottom of the screen and tap on "Vehicle info".
Step 4: Input the vehicle registration number and hit the black arrow beside it.
The next page will display details like the make/model of the vehicle, date of registration, partial name of the vehicle owner and partial engine/chassis number.
