The Tata Nexon's ex-showroom price ranges from ₹ 7.99 lakhs to ₹ 15.79 lakhs across its 85 variants, and that of the Altroz is ₹ 6.64 lakhs to ₹ 11.34 lakhs. All are ex-showroom Delhi prices. The Nexon's petrol price range is from ₹ 7.99 lakhs to ₹ 14.99 lakhs, and the Altroz's is ₹ 6.64 lakhs to ₹12.14 lakhs. 

The base diesel variant, 1.5 Smart Plus with a manual transmission, is available for ₹ 9.99 lakhs, while the mid-spec diesel variant costs ₹13.29 lakhs. The top-end diesel AMT variant, 1.5 Fearless Plus S AMT Dark Edition, is priced at ₹ 15.79 lakhs. The base diesel variant of the Altroz costs ₹ 8.89 lakhs, while the top diesel variant costs ₹11.34 lakhs. 

For individuals seeking a cost-effective CNG alternative, the Altroz CNG variant starts from ₹ 7.59 lakhs and goes up to ₹ 10.98 lakhs.

Tata Nexon:

  • The top-spec Nexon models have ventilated front seats in addition to cosy seats. There is sufficient headroom and legroom for front and rear passengers, and the seats offer adequate support. Both the cars come with petrol and diesel engines. Automatic and manual transmissions are also available in both of these cars. Tata Altroz has a CNG engine as well. 

Tata Nexon: 

  • There are petrol and diesel engine options for the Tata Nexon.

  • A 1.5-litre turbocharged Revotorq engine powers the diesel version. It offers a maximum power of 113.31 bhp @ 3750 rpm and a maximum torque of 260 Nm @ 1500-2750 rpm.

Tata Altroz:

  • The Altroz petrol has a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine (86.79 bhp/115 Nm) and has a 5-speed manual and 6-speed DCA gearbox.

  • It also offers a more powerful 1.2-litre turbo-petrol (118 bhp/170 Nm) paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.

  • With its mid-range solid punch and seamless power delivery, the turbo-petrol provides an exhilarating driving experience.
