2023 Acko Drive Awards: BMW i4 Scoops Up Premium Car And Premium EV

The BMW i4 sedan scooped two awards at the 2023 Acko Drive Awards. It won in the Premium EV category where it faced stiff competition with the likes of the Kia EV6 and even the Mercedes-Benz EQS. The BMW i4, having won the Premium EV category, therefore, qualified for the overall Premium Car category and ended up winning the big prize as well. The BMW i4 was launched in India in 2022 and at a price of Rs. 73.90 lakh to 77 lakh, the car does not have much in terms of competition at that price point.

The EV space has been dominated by SUVs and the i4 does come in as a fresh change to give the customers a choice of luxury and practicality. The i4 provides a range of upto 500 kms on a single charge as well and that along with the ride and handling it offers presents a car that does it all.

BMW is going big on its electric vehicle strategy and there will be more coming to India very soon.
