2023 Acko Drive Awards: Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Wins In Entry Car Segment

The Acko Drive Award is ‘The One That Matters’ in the automotive industry. This year though the entry car segment didn’t have many rivals, the jury decided that Maruti Suzuki had done enough to bring a massive change in this segment with the new generation of the Alto K10. The Alto K10 took home the prized #TOTM and qualified for the overall Car Of The Year as well.

The company had made drastic changes to the Alto K10. It is now based on the Heartech platform and gets a very refined and fuel efficient engine as well. The Alto K10 also offers a plethora of features which is unmatched by any of its rivals in the segment, making it a very value for money offering.

The Alto K10 comes with a 1-litre unit and is paired with both manual and automated manual transmission. It recently received a 2 star safety rating from Global NCAP which is a good rating considering that just a few years ago it had received zero. In fact, the crash test also confirmed that the overall structure of the car was very stable.
