Vivid trim gets 2 new shades, top S variant gets 1 new colour.
It seems to be the season of refreshes with Harley-Davidson now providing aesthetic updates to its X440 roadster. Prices of each trim were revised recently and here’s the sticker price for each variant of the X440 now:
| Price (ex-showroom) |
Denim | ₹ 2,39,500 |
Vivid | ₹ 2,59,500 |
S | ₹ 2,79,500 |
The major highlight remains on the new Vivid trim. New Mustard yellow and Goldfish Silver shades are now found on the mid-spec X440. It was already our preferred variant amongst the three and to spruce up its appeal further, these new colours as well as the older Metallic Dark Silver and Metallic Thick Red shades get a new silver 3D Harley-Davidson logo. There’s also a new Baja Orange colour for the top S trim that makes the bike look a lot more appealing than the rather conservative and dark original Matte Black option.

Besides these new aesthetic updates the X440 remains completely unchanged. The 440 cc single-cylinder air-/oil-cooled thumper mill continues to make 27 bhp and 38 Nm. It still gets the same connectivity feature set for all three variants with the top S trim arriving with the additional Hero 2.0 suite.
We expect the ₹ 15,000 discount offered on the older Vivid trim to cease to exist. The discount offered was until the remaining stocks were left. Yet, the X440 remains a pricey proposition, especially with the likes of the Triumph Speed 400 and the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 being more affordable than the Harley.
