The Bajaj Pulsar RS200, which has been in production for over a decade, will receive its first set of extensive updates.
That Bajaj will be launching an updated iteration of the Pulsar RS200 has been known for quite some time now. The marque has been releasing teasers that have suggested the same as well, but the latest now, for the first time, gives us a glimpse of the bike’s silhouette – and going by this image, we’re not much surprised at how little Bajaj is willing to change the Pulsar RS200.
The latest teaser confirms that while the 2025 Pulsar RS200 will not be that different visually, some interesting additions this time might help Bajaj elevate the bike's proposition. A new fully digital instrument cluster will replace the previous semi-analogue cluster. This cluster supports Bluetooth connectivity and thereby will get you turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS, and notification alerts, like the one on the Pulsar NS200.
The underpinnings will remain as it is, including the rims that look the same in the teaser we have seen in the Pulsar RS200 since day one. However, the tail section is going to be different. It will no longer bear the quad shaped tail-light but rather something that might be integrated into the seat section. As a result, there will be a new tyre hugger to meet the homologation laws. Mechanically, aside from making the liquid-cooled 199.5 cc single-cylinder compatible with the latest emission norms, it might churn out the same 24.1 bhp/18.7 Nm as well.
In the teaser, Bajaj confirmed that the 2025 Pulsar RS200 will launch this month, likely in the coming week. As for its price, we expect a slight increase of ₹5,000-₹6,000 from its current asking price of ₹1.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
