The new Scrambler Icon Dark embraces an all-black colour scheme and a very stripped down look.
Ducati India has brought the new Scrambler Icon Dark to India after its global launch last year. Despite being based on the Scrambler Icon, the new Scrambler Icon Dark is almost ₹94,000 more affordable than the former at ₹9.97 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) – thus making it one of the most affordable Ducati bikes India.
The main difference in the Icon Dark is its appearance. It features an all-black design, including darkened bodywork, engine parts, and a tinted headlight cover. There are several add-on parts too like a different exhaust, seats, and coloured covers.

The engine remains the same as the standard model - an 803 cc twin-cylinder motor that delivers 73 bhp at 8,250rpm and 65 Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. This engine works with a six-speed gearbox that includes a quickshifter for clutchless gear changes in both directions.
The powerplant continues to be housed inside the same steel frame suspended by USD fork and an adjustable monoshock sourced by Kayabad. However, unlike the standard Scrambler Icon, the Scrambler Icon Dark runs on different-sized wheels - 18 inches at the front and 17 inches at the back - fitted with Pirelli MT 60 RS tires. The bike weighs 185 kg (kerb), making it a relatively lightweight offering in the Ducati portfolio. On the features front, the Icon Dark includes a 4.3-inch colour screen that can connect to your phone, traction control with four settings, safety-enhancing cornering ABS, and two riding modes (Road and Sport).
The Scrambler Icon Dark is already available in all Ducati dealerships across India, and deliveries have also commenced.
