Changes made to the Hornet 2.0 are on the same line as the recently unveiled Honda NX200.
Honda continues to update its two-wheeler portfolio, and the latest to join the 2025 bandwagon is the Hornet 2.0. The nature of updates is the same as that of the recently launched Honda NX200. So, just like the adventure bike, the 2025 Hornet 2.0 also gains a new 4.2-inch TFT screen. This unit supports smartphone connectivity via the Honda RoadSync Duo app, which gives you access to turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, etc. Additionally, there’s a new USB-C charging port as well, along with that you also get traction control and dual-channel ABS as part of the standard package.
Besides these new features, the rest of the bike has remained the same. However, to keep matters afresh, there are four new colour options: Pearl Igneous Black, Radiant Red Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, and Mat Axis Gray Metallic. The 184 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine is now OBD-IIB emission norm compliant too, due to which power and torque has dropped slightly to 16.7 bhp and 15.7 Nm. Otherwise, the 5-speed gearbox has remained the same, and the hardware components are the same as they were.
The addition of new features and colour options have made Hornet 2.0 slightly more expensive for 2025 and At ₹1.57 lakh (ex-showroom), it's now ₹14,000 more expensive than before. In this price range it will have the likes of the Pulsar N160, NS160, and the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V as its key rivals.
