For 2025, the MG Astor does not see any mechanical changes as such.
JSW MG Motor India has silently launched the 2025 iteration of the Astor SUV starting at ₹9.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). While the 2025 Astor does not debut with any radical aesthetic change or mechanical upgrade at all, however, JSW MG Motor India has reshuffled the feature list of the SUV to offer premium options at more accessible prices. As part of that strategy, the new Astor Shine variant is now the most affordable compact SUV in the segment to be available with a panoramic sunroof at ₹12.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Alongside, the Select variant has gained six airbags, and premium ivory leatherette seats to be offered as standard, as well.

Beyond the above changes, the rest of the MG Astor line-up has stayed the same. So, features like ventilated seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, auto-dimming IRVM and an updated i-SMART 2.0 with advanced UI have been retained. The MG Astor range is available with up to 80+ connected features, but the JIO voice recognition system is the headline feature here. Along with that, anti-theft feature, and digital key functionality have continued from before too.

“For those who seek more than practicality - the desire for elevated driving experience & sophistication. We understand that they are on the lookout for a car that reflects their rise, balances their aspiration with pragmatism, and turns every commute into a journey. The MG Astor delivers precisely that - a Blockbuster in motion," concluded Rakesh Sen, Director Sales and Operations, JSW MG Motor India
