The 2025 TVS Ronin continues with the same mechanicals and hardware components, though.
The fourth edition of TVS MotoSoul has come to an end, and the Hosur-based manufacturer decided to conclude it with a nice surprise – by unveiling the new 2025 Ronin. While mechanically and hardware-wise, the new TVS Ronin will remain unchanged, for the new year, the 225 cc cruiser will be available in a different aesthetic, courtesy of two new colour options — Charcoal Ember and Glacier Silver.
Both these colour options will be available with the mid-spec Ronin DS variant. Thereby, replacing the Delta Blue and Stargaze Black colour options from before. In addition to that, TVS has also made dual-channel ABS standard in this variant. While these changes should naturally shoot up the asking price of the bike slightly, TVS has not revealed anything as of now. The TVS Ronin is currently priced from ₹1.35 lakh to ₹1.69 lakh, whereas the mid-spec DS variant is priced at ₹1.57 lakh (all ex-showroom prices).
Mechanically, there are no changes at all. It will continue to be powered by the same 225.9 cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder that produces 20.1 bhp and 19.3 Nm. Built around a double cradle frame and sprung by 41 mm USD fork and a monoshock, the TVS Ronin has always been a feature-rich bike and the same will remain so.
Alongside the new Ronin, TVS also unveiled a brand new 229 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that will power a new genre of bikes in the future. While details about the bikes are still under wraps, the new engine sounded quite exciting with ride-by-wire tech, dual-liquid-cooling technology and much more.
