Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has expanded its premium motorcycle lineup with the launch of multiple offerings in the country. The company has introduced the new 2026 CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp with E-Clutch technology, bringing the convenience of an automatic to these motorcycles. Save for the new technology, both motorcycles remain the same. The 2026 Honda CB750 Hornet E-Clutch is priced at ₹10.49 lakh (previously priced at ₹9.22 lakh), whereas the 2026 Honda XL750 Transalp E-Clutch is priced at ₹13.20 lakh (previously priced at ₹11.81 lakh). All prices are ex-showroom, Gurugram.
Bookings are now open for the updated motorcycles, which join the Honda NX500 with E-Clutch technology. Both the XL750 Transalp and CB750 Hornet are now more expensive by over ₹1 lakh, and the E-Clutch tech has also increased their kerb weight by 3 kg over the older versions. The technology essentially helps the rider shift gears without having to touch the clutch lever. Moreover, the rider can even come to a halt without touching the clutch lever, and the bike will not stall.
The Honda CB750 Hornet draws power from a 755 cc parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree crankshaft, and churns out 90 bhp and 75 Nm of peak torque. The street-naked comes with 41 mm Showa USD front forks and a monoshock at the rear. Braking comes from twin 296 mm front discs. On the features front, the bike gets a 5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, dual-channel ABS, traction control, wheelie control, and engine brake control.
The XL750 Transalp ADV uses the same 755 cc motor as the CB750 Hornet. It gets a long-travel Showa SFF-CA USD front fork assembly, while braking performance comes from twin 296 mm front discs. Apart from the other features, the Transalp is equipped with the special Gravel ride mode, especially for going off-road.

In addition to these updated 755 cc offerings, Honda has introduced a new colour option on the 2026 Gold Wing in India. The 2026 Honda Gold Wing is priced at ₹44.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram) and is available in a new Gun Metal Black Metallic paint scheme. The long-distance tourer continues to be available with the 1833 cc liquid-cooled, horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine, paired with a 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). The Gold Wing is loaded with features such as an electronically adjustable windscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an advanced audio system, as well as an airbag.
The Honda CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp E-Clutch, as well as the Gold Wing come to India as fully built units, and will be available at flagship Honda Big Wing dealerships.
