The 2026 Suzuki Burgman Street facelift gets a refreshed design, more features, and an updated engine.
The Suzuki Burgman Street made its India debut in 2018. In 2022, Suzuki introduced the Street EX variant, which featured a larger 12-inch rear wheel. However, the overall design has remained largely unchanged since launch. Suzuki has now launched a heavily updated version of the Maxi-style scooter in India.
Suzuki will offer the updated Maxy-style scooter in two trims — Ride Connect and Ride Connect TFT — priced at ₹1,01,944 and ₹1,13,220 (both ex-showroom). Interestingly, Suzuki has decided to continue with the older Burgman Street EX variant in order to give buyers more options to consider. The new Burgman Street will be available for sale across all Suzuki dealerships in the country from 8 April onwards.
The 2026 Suzuki offers several updates over the outgoing model. As seen in the teasers released on social media, the new Burgman Street gets a radically updated design that seems to be inspired by the larger Burgmans — particularly the Burgman 400 and Burgman 750 — sold overseas.
The facelifted Burgman Street’s front fascia features a brand new split LED headlamp setup with integrated eyebrow-styled LED DRLs and the Suzuki logo at the centre. As a result the front face looks more angular and sharper than before. At the rear, the taillight assembly follows a similar split design with a horizontal light element that remains illuminated, flanked by twin vertical brake lights.

The seat as well has been reprofiled which now offers a dedicated scoop for the rider. Interestingly, the fuel filler lid has been repositioned to just below the taillamp cluster. Other visual updates include metallic-finish emblems, a new dark smoked windscreen, and a stylish upswept muffler
In terms of equipment, the Burgman Street gets a new fully digital 4.2-inch digital instrument cluster that offers smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth for top-spec trim. Further, the underseat storage has been optimised to increase from 21.5 litres to 24.6 litres. Other notable amenities include front storage pockets, a 5.5-litre fuel tank, dual utility hooks, and a USB charging outlet. The top-spec trim also benefits from a keyless ignition system.

The Suzuki Burgman Street continues to be powered by the same 124 cc single-cylinder engine that is seen in the Access. Like the latter, the engine in the Burgman Street has been updated with several internal components such as the camshaft, crankshaft, and crankcase have been tweaked. That said, it continues to push out the same peak output of 8.4 bhp and 10.2 Nm of torque.
