April 2023 Car Sales: Tata Motors Sees A Drop Of 4 Per Cent In Overall Sales

Tata Motors Limited sales in the domestic & international markets for April 2023 stood at 69,599 vehicles, compared to 72,468 units during April 2022, a drop of 4 per cent. In terms of the domestic sale of MH&ICV in April 2023, including trucks and buses, the company sold 8834 units, compared to 12,069 units in April 2022, a drop of 27 per cent.

The total sales for MH&ICV Domestic & International Business in April 2023, including trucks and buses, stood at 9,364 units, compared to 12,524 units in April 2022. As far as the passenger vehicle business goes, the company registered a 13 per cent hike in total PV sales, including EVs, registering 47,007 units as compared to 41,587 units. While total PV sales, including EVs, comprised a 13 per cent growth, recording 47,107 units in April 2023, compared to April 2022.
