April 2023 Two-Wheeler Sales: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Clocks 3,74,747 Units

Entering FY2023–24 with high ambitions, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) announced its sales numbers for the month of April 2023. The first month of FY2023–24 witnessed HMSI’s total sales (domestic and exports) close at 3,74,747 units, with 3,38,289 two-wheeler sales in the domestic market. On the overseas export business front, HMSI exported 36,458 units for the month.

This year, HMSI has already launched two new models - the OBD2-compliant 2023 SP 125 and Activa 125, in the country.

Last month, HMSI closed FY2022-23 with total sales of 43,50,943 units, this includes domestic sales of 40,25,486 units and exports of 3,25,457 units. Noteworthy, HMSI registered a 14 per cent year-to-date growth in FY2022-23.
