From 2024 onwards, the Aston Martin DBX will be available in its ‘707’ guise only.
Aston Martin has updated its flagship and sole SUV, the DBX, for 2024. Moreover, the Gaydon-based manufacturer has also confirmed that the DBX will be sold in its most potent ‘707’ guise only, thereby discontinuing its standard iteration. As for its updates, the new 2024 Aston Marin DBX 707 has received a new interior and boasts of a subtly different exterior – the details of which we have discussed below.
The interior of the 2024 Aston Martin gains a new 10.25-inch infotainment display and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. The switchgear on the centre console has also been updated, along with new horizontal central air vents, and new materials for the door panels. Customers can now also opt for a 23-speaker Bowers and Wilkins sound system. These treatments now align with the brand’s other offerings, the DB12 and the Vantage sportscars
On the outside, the 2024 Aston Martin DBX 707 remains the same. However, subtle touches like the new Satin black and Copper bronze finishes on the alloy wheels and door handles are the only highlights. Aston Martin has also introduced five new colour options – Epsilon Black, Helios Yellow, Sprint Green, Malachite Green, and Aura Green.
The 2024 Aston Martin DBX 707 will continue to be powered by the same 4.0-litre biturbo V8 that produces 697 bhp and 900 Nm. The 9-speed wet-clutch automatic gearbox has remained the same, and as for its performance — the DBX 707 can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds and can reach top speed of up to 310 kmph, making it one of the quickest SUVs on sale globally.
Currently, the Aston Martin DBX 707 is sold in India priced at ₹4.63 crore (ex-showroom). Production of the new 2024 DBX 707 will commence by the middle of 2024, and deliveries for the same are scheduled for later this year.
