Aston Martin is set to introduce its flagship model, the Vanquish, to the Indian market on March 22. With global production limited to fewer than 1,000 units per year, the Vanquish's arrival in India underscores its exclusivity. At the heart of the Vanquish is a newly re-engineered 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 engine producing 823 bhp and 1000 Nm of torque. This makes it the fastest and most powerful series-production Aston Martin to date, with a top speed of 345 kmph. Power is transmitted through a ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox.
