Chinese EV maker Li Auto will transition to Nvidia Drive Thor for its future vehicles, building on its existing use of two DriveOrin processors in current models. Drive Thor system provides a single platform for autonomous driving, driver monitoring, and advanced AI cockpit capabilities.

In production since 2022, Drive Orin offers up to 254 trillion operations per second for advanced self-driving functionality from L2+ to L5, supporting applications from commercial trucks to robotaxis.
GWM, ZEEKR and Xiaomi also outlined plans to utilize Drive Orin. GWM is developing its Coffee Pilot intelligent driving system on Drive Orin, featuring parking and highway autonomy. Meanwhile, ZEEKR launched its new ZEEKR Luxury Sedan with Drive Orin, smart parking, and highway driving.
Xiaomi's first EV, the SU7 sedan, will include a dual Orin configuration for autonomous highway navigation in Chinese cities.
“The AI car computer of choice for today’s intelligent fleets is NVIDIA DRIVE Orin, with automakers increasingly looking to the advanced capabilities and AI performance of its successor, NVIDIA DRIVE Thor, for their future vehicle roadmaps," said Xinzhou Wu, Vice President of Automotive at Nvidia.
