Greaves Electric Mobility Unveils Highest Range Electric 3-wheeler

Greaves Electric Mobility had launched the Eltra City for a price tag of ₹ 3.66 lakh. This has now become India's highest-range 3-wheeler, covering an impressive 225 km on a single charge. This feat has earned the company a prestigious place in the India Book of Records.

The GEM Eltra City, powered by a 10.8 kWh lithium-ion (LFP) battery and a 9.6 kW motor, has set a new standard for electric three-wheelers in India. The company claims to have an exceptional true range of 150 km but as seen by the record they have outdone their claims to range. It has a top speed of 48 kmph making it an ideal vehicle for last-mile connectivity as well as public transport.

Greaves Electric Mobility Eltra City has a range of features even though it is essentially intended for commercial usage. It's got a 6.2" digital instrument cluster with IoT capabilities. This means you could connect your phone and use a slew of features as well as get information about the vehicle's usage and ride details. It keeps things conventional on the outside with a full metal body and a comprehensive 3-year warranty.
