Hero to have single showroom for a all sub brands under its umbrella
Hero MotoCorp has inaugurated a new 'Premia' store in New Delhi. The store is located in the Naraina industrial area and showcases eight premium models across separate zones inside the showroom for Hero, Vida, and Harley-Davidson products. There is no distinction outside the showroom for branding purposes.
Hero Premia store features modern architecture, appealing design, and new-age digital technologies, creating an immersive experience for customers. Professionally trained Premia sales consultants offer personalised advice, while exclusive technical experts ensure a pleasant in-service experience through Premia Service. The store displays a range of premium products, including the Hero Maverick 440, Harley-Davidson X440, Karizma XMR, Xpulse 200 4V, Xtreme 160R, and Vida V1, along with merchandise and accessories from Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson.
Hero MotoCorp's expansion into the premium two-wheeler segment poses a challenge, as premium buyers often associate the brand with commuter bikes. To address this, Hero has introduced the Premia dealership concept, a flagship showroom designed to showcase its premium offerings. Unlike competitors like Bajaj Auto, which has separate dealerships for premium brands like Chetak, KTM, and Triumph, Hero is consolidating its premium offerings under the Premia banner.
