The Elevate and City now get six airbags as standard across its variant line-up.
Honda Cars India has made six airbags and three-point seatbelts with reminders standard across the variant line-up of the Elevate and City. These models already had six airbags on offer but they were only offered on the higher-spec variants. However, Amaze and City Hybrid do not get six airbags as standard across the range.

Along with new features, Honda Cars India has also hiked the prices of all its models. The Elevate now starts at ₹11.91 lakh and goes up to ₹16.43 lakh (ex-showroom, India), seeing a price hike of up to ₹29,000. Similarly, the prices for the City now range between ₹12.08 - 16.35 lakh (ex-showroom, India), witnessing a price hike of ₹26,000. The prices of the City Hybrid and Amaze have been hiked by ₹5,000 and ₹5,500, respectively.

The Elevate already had six airbags on offer but it was available on the top-spec ZX trim. With the update, the Elevate SV, V and VX trims now get six airbags on offer. Furthermore, all variants now get three-point seatbelts with reminders for all seats and head restraints, a 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster, and vanity mirrors in sunshades.

Honda offered six airbags on the VX and ZX trims of the City, and now it is also offering this safety feature on the SV and V trims. All variants, including the ZX Hybrid, now get three-point seatbelts for all seats. The base-spec SV trim now gets the 4.2-inch MID from the V trim, while the VX trim gets the 8-speaker sound system and rear sunshade from the ZX trim.

Surprisingly, the Amaze continues to get two airbags as standard across the model range. However, Honda has added three-point seatbelts with reminders for all seats to the S and VX variants.
