Honda Cars India Delivers 200 Honda Elevate SUVs In A Single Day

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL), delivered more than 200 units of its recently launched Honda Elevate SUV in Chennai in a single day. Launched at a starting price of Rs. 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India), the Honda Elevate SUV competes with the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder, as well as the recently launched Citroen C3 Aircross.

Developed specifically for the Indian consumer, the Elevate’s bold styling and impressive interiors have gained a lot of interest in the market since its global unveil.”

The Honda Elevate compact SUV is built upon the foundation of the fifth-generation Honda City platform. Its powertrain options include a 1.5-litre petrol engine, coupled with either a CVT automatic or a manual transmission. This 1.5-litre petrol engine generates 119 bhp of power and produces 145 Nm of torque.
