The Exter will be available in a new Ranger Khaki colour option
Hyundai has revealed the first picture of the Exter Micro SUV. After getting a glimpse of the sketches, Hyundai has finally revealed the Exter. The company has also announced that bookings for the micro SUV have opened for Rs. 11,000.
Hyundai Exter: Design
Up front, it gets a parametric grille and the H-Signature LED DRLs. We can also spot projector headlamps (though we doubt they will be standard) and a skid plate, which gives it that SUV appeal
There are diamond cut alloy wheels housed in blacked out wheel arches & side sill cladding. What’s interesting about the Hyundai Exter is the floating roof design and we cannot wait to know what colours the two-tone option will be offered in. The parametric design on the C-pillar adds to the sporty character of the micro SUV.
Hyundai Exter: Colour Options
The colour shown in the picture is new and Hyundai calls it ‘Ranger Khaki’. Hyundai will make available 6 monotone and 3 dual tone exterior colour options including 2 new colours – Cosmic Blue, Ranger Khaki which will also be available with dual tone colour options
Hyundai Exter: Engine Options
The Hyundai Exter will be made available with 2 engine options and 3 gearbox options. There will be the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine which will be mated to a 5-speed manual and a automated manual transmission. Hyundai will also introduce in the Exter a 1.2-litre Bi-fuel Kappa petrol with CNG engine equipped with 5-speed Manual transmission. There is no turbo petrol unit on offer.
Hyundai Exter: Variants
The Hyundai Exter will come in 5 trim options – EX, S, SX, SX(O) and SX(O) Connect.
