Kia Seltos X-Line Receives Aurora Black Exterior Paint Scheme

Kia India has added a new paint scheme to its popular Seltos SUV to its X-Line range. Along with the existing Matte Graphite colour, the South Korean carmaker has now added the Aurora Black exterior paint scheme to the mix with no change in its prices. The 2024 Kia Seltos X-Line range is priced between ₹19.64- ₹20.37 lakh (ex-showroom, India), available in both petrol and diesel formats. In July this year, Kia added five new exterior paint schemes to the base HTE variant, making it more appealing to customers.

Additionally, the company also revealed that the Seltos will soon reach the 5 lakh sales milestone, making it one of the best-selling SUVs in the company’s line-up which also includes the Kia Sonet subcompact SUV, Kia Carens MPV, and even the Kia EV6 electric crossover. Next month, the South Korean giant will introduce the new Carnival MPV as well as the flagship EV9 in the country.

Joonsu Cho, Chief Sales Officer at Kia India, said, "The Kia Seltos has been our best-selling model, and we are on the cusp of achieving an incredible milestone—500,000 units sold. The X-Line trim has struck a chord with our new-age buyers, who prioritize distinctive and exclusive products in their purchasing decisions.”

With the new colour scheme, the Seltos X-Line Aurora Black paint scheme adds several gloss black finish elements, including the front and rear skid plates, on the ORVMs, shark-fin antenna, tailgate garnish, and faux exhaust on the rear bumper. It even receives the orange accents on the skid plates, side door garnish, and wheel centre caps. Additionally, the X-Line sits on a larger 18-inch alloy wheels with a dual tone crystal cut with glossy black outline, and the ‘X-Line’ badge on the tailgate adds a final touch of distinction. Inside, the Seltos X-Line retains the two-tone combination of Black and Splendid Sage Green theme with X-Line styling.
