Deliveries for the top-spec variants will begin in March while the other variants will be delivered from July onwards.
The last stage before you can buy a Mahindra BE 6 or XEV 9e has finally arrived. The Indian auto giant has started accepting orders for the two electric SUVs and they can be booked by paying a token amount of ₹21,000. Bookings can either be done online or through Mahindra dealerships.
The Mahindra BE 6 is priced between ₹18.90 - 26.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and is available in five variants – Pack One, Pack One Above, Pack Two, Pack Three Select and Pack Three. The XEV 9e, priced between ₹21.90 - 30.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India), is available in four variants – Pack One, Pack Two, Pack Three Select and Pack Three. All variants are available with either a 7.2 kWh or 11.2 kWh charger which are priced at ₹50,000 and ₹75,000, respectively.

Both models are available with a 59 kWh as standard with the 79 kWh battery pack available only with the top-spec Pack Three variant. In the BE 6, the 59 kWh battery pack has a claimed range of 557 km, while with the larger one, it has a claimed range of 683 km on a full charge. Similarly, the XEV 9e with the 59 kWh unit has a range of 557 km (claimed) and with the 79 kWh one, it has a claimed range of 656 km.
Mahindra had earlier announced that it would only start accepting bookings for the top-spec Pack Three variants initially but now after confirming with dealers, any variant can be booked by paying the token amount. However, deliveries of the Pack Three variant will begin by mid-March 2025 while Pack Two and Pack One deliveries will begin by July and August, respectively.
