The TVS Jupiter 110 has undergone a generational update, and with that, it also has a bunch of new enhancements.
Kickstarting the festive season launches, TVS rode in the new generation of its most popular family scooter, the Jupiter 110. Built on a completely new platform, powered by a new and bigger engine, along with many new features, there are a lot of updates on the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110. If you’re wondering about the specifics of the updates, here are the top five highlights of the new TVS Jupiter 110:
The new TVS Jupiter 110 has debuted with a brand new body design. TVS has updated both the front and tail sections of the scooter with new sharper body panels. Including a new connected LED DRL setup that further enhances the premium quotient and the overall appeal of the TVS Jupiter 110.
While the above style is available with the top-spec variant only, the base and mid-spec variants get independent LED indicators on the front apron, while the LED headlight and tail light continue as they are.
Ditching the 109 cc engine from before, the new Jupiter 110 is now powered by a bigger 113.3 cc engine that produces 7.9 bhp and 9.2 Nm, which is 0.2 bhp and 0.4 Nm more than before. Additionally, TVS has also debuted mild-hybrid assist with the Jupiter 110 which the brand is calling iGO assist. This new tech will aid with a mild boost in on-roll performance and better fuel efficiency.
On the features front, the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 has benefited from a new fully digital LCD unit that supports the TVS SmartXonnect system, which gives you access to a plethora of connectivity features, including voice assist, navigation assist, call/SMS alert, notification alert, and much more. The base variant, though, gets an analogue instrument cluster.
Since the TVS Jupiter 110 is built on a completely new platform, its dimension has also increased. And the new Jupiter 110 is 14 mm longer, 15 mm wider, and 43 mm taller. Consequently, the seat has also grown in size, thus making the already spacious Jupiter more spacious. On the other hand, while the suspension setup has remained the same, TVS has equipped the new Jupiter 110 with a bigger disc brake, the details of which you can learn here.
TVS has launched the 2024 Jupiter 110 in four variants. As mentioned before, the drum brake variant starts from ₹73,700; the mid-spec Drum-Alloy variant will set you back by ₹79,200, and with the SmartXonnect feature as standard, the same variant costs ₹83,250. While the top-spec Disc-SXC variant of the Jupiter 110 costs ₹87,250 (all ex-showroom price, Delhi).
