Oben had launched its more affordable e-motorcycle in November 2024
Oben has hiked the asking price of the mid and top trims of the Rorr EZ by ₹10,000. The electric bike was launched in November 2024 in three trims with the main difference between the trio being the battery capacity on offer. The respective trims now cost ₹1.10 lakh and ₹1.20 lakh (ex-showroom India). The base spec trim continues to be priced at ₹89,999.
The Rorr EZ is the more affordable of the two Oben electric motorcycles. It still carries forward the neo retro look that started with the Rorr. The visually distinguishing bits here are the funkier colours, and the simpler body panels. Oben has offered slightly less performance on the Rorr EZ without compromising too much on the range on offer.
One can opt from either a 2.6 kWh, 3.4 kWh or a 4.4 kWh battery pack. As a result, the IDC range differs: 80 km, 110 km or 140 km. The 0-40 kmph acceleration time of 3.3 seconds as well as top speed of 95 kmph, 60 kmph and 40 kmph in all three riding modes (Havoc, City and Eco) of the bike remains the same.
