500th service centre was opened in Kochi
Ola Electric celebrated a major milestone today with the inauguration of its 500th service centre in Kochi, Kerala. This significant expansion comes along with the company's focus to building a robust after-sales network across the country. This is to prioritise customer satisfaction and foster a strong brand presence in the growing electric vehicle market. Something that the brand has been facing a lot of difficulties as many existing owners aren’t happy with the service provided by Ola Electric.
The newly opened Kochi service centre holds the distinction of being Ola Electric's largest facility in the state of Kerala. To commemorate the momentous occasion of opening its 500th service centre and further promote its expanding service network, Ola Electric hosted a special customer ride event in Kochi. The company also launched a nationwide free scooter health check-up program across major cities and towns in India, further demonstrating its commitment to exceptional customer service.
The company recently made a strategic move by entering the mass-market segment with its competitively priced S1 X electric scooter lineup. Available in three battery configurations (2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh), the Ola S1 X caters to a wider range of riders with starting prices as attractive as ₹ 69,999 (introductory price).
Additionally, Ola Electric offers extended warranties and a variety of service options for purchased vehicles, including a portable 3kW fast charger, providing owners with greater peace of mind and convenience.
