Ola S1 Pro ‘Sona’ Limited Edition e-Scooter Giveaway Content Announced

As Ola gears up to open its 4000th physical store on December 25, the electric scooter maker has announced a special edition of its S1 Pro two-wheeler that it will giveaway to a few lucky customers. Called the S1 Pro ‘Sona’, the special edition scooter will have 24K gold plated elements on it. And while the official number of such scooters is not confirmed, Ola’s Bhavish Aggarwal claims that there are “Many to be won!”

Ola hasn’t done much to the S1 Pro’s drivetrain or build whatsoever. The real changes arrive in the form of a cream white colour for the main body panels with the lower skirts, headlight shroud as well as the front mudguard finished in a garish beige ochre. The telescopic fork, swingarm, rear monoshock spring and the wheels carry a blingy gold paint. Finally, coming to the ‘Sona’ part, the mirror stalks, brake levers, side stand, pillion footrests and grab rail get the 24K gold plating treatment.

While details regarding how one wins the S1 Pro Sona are still scarce, the details should be better known when you visit any of the Ola stores across the nation on December 25. And we hope that these ‘Sona’ S1 Pros are more robust and better built. Ola’s customer complaint crisis has hit new heights with the company receiving another show cause notice by the CCPA very recently. Hence, we hope that this Sona just doesn’t become an ornament in your garage that remains standstill.
