Samsung Unveils Galaxy Book4 Edge With Snapdragon X Elite SoC

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Book4 Edge as its next generation of AI-powered laptops. It is powered by the Snapdragon X Elite SoC and is optimized for Galaxy AI and Microsoft Copilot+.

The Galaxy Book4 Edge sports a premium, thin design made from recycled materials and is available in 14-inch and 16-inch screen sizes. Both models feature vibrant AMOLED displays, up to 3K resolution, and refresh rates of 120Hz. Under the hood, the 12-core Snapdragon X Elite processor provides powerful performance for accelerated AI capabilities.

A key highlight of the Galaxy Book4 Edge is its integration of Samsung and Microsoft's AI technologies. As a Copilot+ PC, the laptop allows natural language interactions through voice commands and features like Recall, Live Captions and Cocreator are powered by on-device AI.

The Galaxy Book4 Edge comes with Samsung Knox and Windows Secured Core for security and privacy, and Device Privacy Settings give users control over their data and AI usage.

The Galaxy Book4 Edge will be available in Sapphire Blue starting June 18, 2024, with prices starting from $1,349 (≈ Rs 1,12,330) for the 14-inch model and $1,749 (≈ Rs 1,45,634) for the high-end 16-inch variant.
