Triumph has revealed its new road-legal enduro motorcycles, the TF 450-E and TF 250-E. While they look similar to the TF-450 RC and TF-250 RC motocross bikes, the new bikes have been set up for enduro racing. Both bikes also get new powertrains, chassis tweaks and new electronic aids.

The TF 450-E gets a 449.9 cc engine with 57.8 bhp and 49.3 Nm.

The new bikes have been developed in collaboration with Iván Cervantes and Paul Edmondson, who both collectively hold nine world enduro championship titles. Both the motorcycles share a lightweight aluminium chassis, which Triumph claims is engineered for agility and strength. Triumph also says the new spine frame design provides exceptional handling and stability across all terrains.

Both the bikes get suspension sourced from KYB.

The enduro bikes ride on a 21-inch front and a 18-inch rear wheel. They also have 48 mm front fork and 3-way adjustable linkage-driven rear suspension, sourced from KYB. The front suspension has a 300 mm travel, while the rear has a 313 mm travel. Stopping power is courtesy a 260 mm disc with twin 24 mm pistons, and the rear gets a 220 mm disc with a 26 mm floating caliper. Both also get Michelin Enduro 2 tyres.

There’s a digital console which provides real-time data such as engine temperature, trip info and gear position, and these can be accessed using handlebar-mounted illuminated controls. The two bikes have a seat height of 955 mm, but Triumph says the ergonomics have been designed to maximise rider comfort and performance.
