VinFast VF 7 Teased; To Be Showcased At The Auto Expo 2025

VinFast, the Vietnamese carmaker, is finally making its debut in India at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. VinFast has confirmed its presence at the Auto Expo and has also confirmed that it will showcase the VF 7 but it remains to be seen if it will be the only model on display at the brand’s pavilion. 

The VF 7 is expected to be showcased alongside the VF 5 and VF e34 electric SUVs at the upcoming Auto Expo that will be held between January 17-22, 2025. VinFast is expected to launch the VF 7 in India first, followed by the other two models. 

The VinFast VF 7 gets a 75.3 kWh battery pack with single and dual-motor setups. The former produces 201 bhp and 309 Nm with its front-wheel drive layout, while the latter churns out 348 bhp and 499 Nm with its all-wheel drive layout. The single-motor setup is available with the Eco variant and has a claimed range of 450 km, while the dual-motor setup is available with the Plus variant and comes with a claimed range of 431 km. 

It measures 4545 mm in length with a wheelbase of 2840 mm, and has a width and height of 1890 mm and 1636 mm, respectively. This makes it a competitor to the upcoming BYD Sealion 7, Hyundai Ioniq 5, and Kia EV6. 

The VF 7 packs features like a 15-inch infotainment touchscreen, Level 2 ADAS, a head-up display, panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, automatic climate control and more.
