However, customers from a few cities will be able to book selected Suzuki scooters and bikes from the e-commerce website.
Suzuki has collaborated with e-commerce platform Flipkart to enable its customers to book their motorcycles and scooters online. The service was launched on 15th April 2025 and will initially be available across eight states – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Meghalaya and Mizoram. However, Suzuki India has not yet indicated whether this service will be extended to other states, as of yet.

The online booking facility will cover select Suzuki two-wheelers. This includes the Avenis, and the Gixxer range, both naked and fully-faired bikes, along with the V-Strom 250 SX. The booking process has been designed to be straightforward. Customers can browse models on Flipkart, select their preferred variant and complete the booking online. Following this, the nearest authorised Suzuki dealership will handle documentation and registration requirements. Once these formalities are completed, customers can visit the dealership to collect their vehicle.
“By associating with Flipkart, we are leveraging the growing digital ecosystem to offer customers a convenient and trusted platform to explore and buy Suzuki two-wheelers. We believe this move will further strengthen our reach and customer engagement in the Indian market,” explained Deepak Mutreja, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd
