What is the validity of the Learner’s Licence (LL) in Kanpur RTO?

What is the validity of the driving licence that I obtained from the Kanpur RTO?
From the date of issue, the driving licence to drive a private vehicle is valid for 20 years or at the time of attaining the age of 50 years. Post the expiry it has to be renewed every 5 years. The validity of DL for commercial or transport vehicles is 3 years from the date of issuing the document. And, for DL to drive transport vehicles which are engaged in transporting hazardous or dangerous goods is 1 year from the date of issue.
