There are two kinds of RTO services offered in Mangalore.

Here is a list of services provided by the Mangaluru RTO.
The Mangalore RTO grants new registration certificates (Mangalore vehicle registration number) for private and transport vehicles to define the legal ownership and maintain a database of vehicles.
The Mangalore RTO office issues a new registration certificate when the transfer of ownership is required.
In case of loss of the RC, the RTO grants a duplicate certificate upon submitting the required documents.
