Overall, Hyundai has sold more than 10 lakh units of the Creta since 2015.
Hyundai India has achieved a significant milestone with the second-generation Creta facelift. In the first six months since its launch, Hyundai India has sold 1 lakh units of the latest iteration of the Creta. Interestingly, Hyundai registered one lakh bookings for the Creta in April. However, Hyundai India has sold more than 10 lakh units of the Creta since it was first launched in 2015.
The facelift of the second-generation Creta was launched in India in January this year, while the pre-facelift version was launched in April 2020. The first-generation Creta was launched in 2015 and the facelifted version debuted in 2018.
Commenting on the sales milestone, Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai India said, “We are thrilled with the remarkable achievement of the new Hyundai Creta. Our SUV has achieved another milestone of one lakh sales, reaffirming its strong fan following in its segment. We are confident that the Hyundai Creta will continue to set new benchmarks in the Indian automobile industry and delight customers.”
