A bunch of new colour options and features are the key highlights of the latest iteration of the Suzuki Hayabusa.
Suzuki has updated its iconic Hayabusa for 2025. The changes for the year are aimed at making the bike look more vibrant and premium, and at the same time safer. Expect Suzuki to ride in the updated ’Busa to our shores soon enough with a small price hike. Currently, it retails at ₹16.90 lakh (ex-showroom India).
Suzuki has introduced three new colour options – Metallic Matte Green/Metallic Matte Titanium Silver, Glass Sparkle Black, and Metallic Mystic Silver/ Pearl Vigor Blue. Furthermore, the launch control and smart cruise control electronic rider aids have been optimised for better rideability. With the latest update, the cruise control will not get deactivated if the rider changes gears. The launch control has been updated for “increased effectiveness” wherein the acceleration will be more linear than before, and yet quicker.

Aside from these three updates, the Suzuki Hayabusa has majorly remained unchanged. It continues to boast the same body style and feature list. Mechanically, it will retain the tried-and-tested 1,340 cc, inline-four engine that produces 190 bhp at 9,700 rpm and 142 Nm at 7,000 rpm, and comes paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The latter further benefits from Suzuki’s Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S) which also includes traction control and a bi-directional quickshifter.
Although the updates aren’t substantial, these small tweaks would definitely enhance the ownership experience.
